Terms and Conditions for Pomper Adventures and Safaris.
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Pomper Adventures and Safaris. By booking a tour or related services, you agree to the following terms. - Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through website/office/email/phone.
- Full payment or a deposit of 40% or 50% is required to confirm your booking.
- Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the tour’s start date.
- Cancellation and No Refund Policy
- Cancellation no refund.
- Payments done are non refundable but can be utilized in our upcoming trips.
- Any cancellation done 7 days to the trip the amount paid can’t be forwaded/utilized in any other future trip or event.
- Liability
- Pomper Adventures and Safaris is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour.
- Participants must comply with all safety instructions provided by guides.
- Insurance
All participants are strongly encouraged to have personal travel insurance covering accidents, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations. - Health and Safety
Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate. Pomper Adventures and Safaris reserves the right to deny participation if deemed unsafe. - Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. - Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration, as governed by the laws of Kenya. - Force Majeure
Pomper Adventures & Safaris shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or other issues arising due to circumstances beyond our control. - Acceptance of Terms.
