Day 1: The Aberdare Descent

05:45 AM: Depart Nairobi (Kencom) for the fertile highlands of Nyeri.

11:00 AM: Arrive at Zaina Forest. Embark on a moderate 6km hike through lush tea plantations and indigenous forest to the base of the spectacular Zaina Falls.
